We're looking to hire new individuals to the Recess crew! At Recess we have three core values that drive us as community minded folks as well as driven individuals. These values are empathy, initiative, and learner.

We are hiring different roles; a barista, and an AM baker experienced in pastry and/or bread baking.


For the barista position, we are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in specialty coffee, but not required. Knowledge about coffee extraction and latte art basics preferred.


For the AM baker, we are looking for someone passionate about baking with experience in pastry and/or bread baking. Experience with a sheeter encouraged if interested in pastry baker position! Early morning start time.
